Whats the script with cheap AK47's in places like Somalia?

The AK47's reputation comes mainly from Russia and some what from China but it's actually produced in more than 300 different countries around the world. These countries probably don't have the same quality control as Russia and China. Another thing is these people are using worn AK47s built in the 50's.
