Is there racism in europe like there is here in the usa?

in america there is a lot of racism, expecially between the blacks and whites, I was just wondering if they had the same problem in london, great brittan, and the uk. a lot of the racial tension is because of the slavery that took place in america, but they didn't have that slavery in europe. so I was just wondering if there was a lot of racism over there, and if so why?
