My MOH has done nothing but show up for the dress that I bought want return phone calls I do not want her?

She will not return phone calls, she said in an email I was soliciting her help, she mentioned a year ago of giving me a wedding shower and my wedding is 2 months away. She never calls to ask me anything about the wedding and the one thing I have asked her to do is go with my fiance' and groomsman to help with the tuxes she has asked when this should be done or anything. I do not want her as my MOH and have someone else in mind who really is excited about my wedding. My friend(MOH) have been "friends" for 22 years and it has always been about her. I just thought she would be more involved than she is, like I said I have been trying to reach her for 3 days with no answer. This is stressful enough without this going on! I know what I want to do -not have her as my MOH? How do I tell her?
