What is the probability of getting a higher score in the TOEFL IBT if i ask them for a rescoring of my exam?

I need to get a score of 26 in the speaking part of the TOEFL iBT but my score was only 24. Is there a chance that I would get a score of 26 if I ask them to re-score my exam
