Is it normal for my brother in law to emulate fabio?

My brother in law wants to be just like fabio. He has 10-15 Fabio posters in his bedroom, he has grown his hair out like Fabio, and even talks like him with a fake accent (he has no accent, he is from Ohio). He shops at International male so he can dress like Fabio. How do I confront him about this charade?
