I eliminated refined sugar about two months ago (not because I'm diabetic, but to improve my overall mental health). Since then, I have been craving Diet Dr. Pepper, rice with lots of er, cold nacho cheese out of the can, and greasy hamburgers ... many times at the same time (it should be of note that I detested greasy foods until I quit sugar). What is going on here? Does it sound like one food addiction is replacing another? (re: my cravings: I am not pregnant -- I am 200% certain of that.)
