What does this mean? i think its in spanish?

That's something out of some online translator - someone put in English and got that out. Those sites turn out nothing but garbage, and that's what this is. One of the giveaways is having English words (greetings, is, have) in the 'Latin.' It's so mangled it's impossible to say what was meant.
