.. any good acne things out there? (no cleansers i already have st ives apricot scrub that works fine)?

yeah i used cetaphil oily skin cleanser and it made me grow like alot of acne (im alergic to it) so NO CLEANSERS PLZ. whenever i get acne, i get clumps of it. whenever i dont get them, it's just the old dried up bloody ones that i picked about to fall off soon. i need some acne medicine! does clean & clear advantage acne spot treatment work?! ppl said it does but 1 person said it doesnt IM DESPERATE!!!
