Why does Chris Judd get special treatment from the umpires and the review panel ?

Last year when Carlton played the Crows at Footy Park he threw Richard Douglas in the fence near where I was sitting. After Richard got rid of the ball.There was no free kick no report for rough play.For these reasons plus his exceptional talent I put him in all my fantasy teams.
