What does "microscopic inflammation of unclear significance " mean?

What could it be, could it be microscopic inflammation? So I had a colonoscopy and everything came out normal, but on the biopsy tissue it showed "microscopic inflammation of unclear significance". Of course I'm following up with my gastroentologist but I just wanna know if anyone has gone through what I have. could it also be celiac diseae?
