Question for the guys?

if i wanted to ask a girl who i think is a lady and mature for her age, how would i go about it by asking her out sometime or getting her number.. i m not sure how to go about it, expecially she works at this expensive store that i wouldn't buy stuff in there... i m 22 and she's about 22-24
