My tattoo- how painful and how much time?

It really depends on the tattoo artist and your pain tolerance. First off that tattoo should take about half and hour to an hour. Second, if you go in the expecting the worst, it won't be as bad... The neck is pretty painful, since there's not much meat and a lot of nerves in that area. But once they get going, the pain gets numbing after a while. Good luck. Hope I helped.
