I want to learn how to make a web page wit graphics n all those things (im new at this)?

i want to make a page bout moles for ma chemistry project but i dont kno how to create a web page, and make ma own graphics or layouts, or watever they're called i need help pronto ma project is due in 2 weeks. HELP!!!!
