I need some help with my college academic appeal letter. :) And suggestions?

It sounds good, you seem quite committed to making things right. The section about your computer crashing is a little weak- at my college computer failure is never a good excuse as they expect us to back-up our work regularly. Also, even if your laptop was not working i'm positive your school would have had computers in the library for you to use- this excuse may not sit well with members of the academic board. Have a medical certificate for your wisdom teeth and perhaps add a few other suggestions on how you are going to improve next year- taking 3 units instead of 4, establised contact with a tutor, meeting with a counsellor to review your time management skills, reducing external commitments etc.
