How do I teach my dog to bark on command?

Please let me know. But one thing is that. He does not bark when I sqeeze a toy. Mainly barks when i hold him right on my head. And then after three seconds I yell "go" and then he barks as if there are intruders in the house. But I want to teach it to bark on command. Please help me.
