Help! my pet lizard is sick, I don't know what to do or what he has!?

I have a blue bellied lizard, that we caught last summer, recently he's gotten some awful symptoms such as having paralyzed back legs, oozing sores on one back leg and on the neck! Also, if you look closely you can see that his skin is very red! He also won't eat, so he's very scrawny. He barely moves anymore, if you have any suggestions please write, but i don't want any negativity, please don't just answer with a "he's gonna die" thing! I just need help!
