Have creationists ever read about the Lenski experiment that conclusively proves evolution?

Sorry.... but it would be best if you do not jump to conclusions and report findings as they are given. First of all, I do believe that evolution is the process by which God chose to develop the species, however the study that was done (but still incomplete) does not in any way "prove" evolution of higher mammals. It is studying E coli, not mammals, so far it is simply indicating a possibility thereby making the process more likely.
