did you try system restore, press start all programs accessories open system restore, an restore to a earlier time and Select ok when prompted don't touch pc it will restart it self and tell you if it was successful, , if fails restart pc as soon as screen goes blank start tapping f8 key and a screen will appear giving you other ways to fix start in safe mode with networking or last time my pc worked the best
